I made some of these little brooches as 'pocket money' items for a craft fair recently.

They would also be excellent for party bag fillers.

They are easy to make and great for using up oddments of felt and buttons.

I used my Big Shot to cut out lots of circles of different sizes, the largest of which is 30mm,

Group them in sets of threes either toning or contrasting the colours

Sew a button on through all three layers

Attach the brooch back onto the back ( I both glued and sewed it in place)

Colourful little makes for party bag and stocking fillers and and a perfect stash buster craft project.

Sometimes all you need to accent your outfit or handknitted item is a plain button of beautiful quality.
